Dear speaker:

The concept of  global communication can be understood as the clear impetus to control the delivery indemnificatory statements both external and internal, this idea certainly needs to take into account technological resources, equipment and tools available within the communication process.

Achievement as a global communication at the service of hegemonic predominance of ideological manipulation and control purposes of accumulation, the logic of reproduction of a non-ethical.
Global advertising sells concrete products but mostly sold-judgmental, status aspirations, ways of thinking and interpreting the facts, and political propaganda is a great marketing fair: it offers all kinds of goods and are offered as ideas, programs, people.
